How to Delete Your Account

Open Settings
Go to your Profile and tap on the Settings option in the SmartPe app

Select "Account Settings" and then tap on "Delete Account"

Confirm Deletion
Enter your password to confirm and submit the deletion request
Your account deletion request will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
You'll be redirected to the app to complete the process

Will my phone number be blocked from creating a new account?
No, you can create a new account with the same phone number after your previous account has been completely deleted.

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
When Refunds Are Issued
Failed Transactions
If your payment is deducted but the recharge/payment fails, we will automatically initiate a refund within 3-7 business days.
Double Charging
If you are charged twice for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate amount immediately upon verification.
Technical Errors
Refunds for transactions affected by technical errors on our platform will be processed automatically.
Service Unavailability
If a service is temporarily unavailable after payment, we will refund the amount upon customer request.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
Successful Transactions
Once a recharge or payment is successfully processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
User Errors
Transactions with incorrect mobile numbers, account numbers, or customer IDs cannot be refunded.
Service Provider Issues
Issues with service providers after successful payment are not eligible for refund.
Convenience Fees
Convenience fees charged for transactions are non-refundable once the service is attempted.

Go to Transaction History → Select failed transaction → Tap "Request Refund"

Email support@smartpe.online with transaction details and reason for refund request
Please include your registered mobile number, transaction ID, date of transaction, and amount in your refund request for faster processing.
Cancellation Policy

Important Notice
Pending & Successful Transactions Cannot Be Cancelled. Once a transaction is marked as pending or successfully processed, cancellation is not possible. Please verify all details carefully before confirming any payment.
When Cancellation Is Possible
Initiated Transactions
Transactions that are still in the initial processing stage and haven't reached "pending" status may be cancelled.
Failed Payment Attempts
If payment fails during processing, the transaction is automatically cancelled and no charges are applied.
The cancellation window is extremely limited. Once a transaction moves beyond the initial processing stage, it cannot be cancelled.
When Cancellation Is Not Possible
Pending Transactions
Once a transaction shows as "pending" in our system, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Successful Transactions
Successfully processed recharges and payments cannot be cancelled or reversed.
Processing Transactions
Transactions that have moved beyond the initial stage and are being processed cannot be cancelled.
Service Provider Processing
Once information is sent to telecom or utility providers, cancellation is not possible.

Important: Due to the instant nature of payments and recharges, we cannot cancel transactions once they are processed. Please exercise caution when making payments.
